School reforms

For under performing schools i believe that shutting them down is in the best interest of the students and parents. But for schools that are under consideration for closing it causes pressure on the staff to raise test grades by either helping kids in school or lowering standards which no one benefits from.If Oly had to shut down i hope it would just reform the curriculum because the staff at the school is good.
